Shipping policy
We offer priority shipping for all our products. Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days to be delivered.
Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more products, the products ordered will be delivered in one go.
Once the order has been confirmed, the address indicated by the customer cannot be changed. The liability of the carrier or Monsieur Future cannot be sought in the event of an impossibility of delivery due to an imprecision in the delivery address (it being specified that the designation of PO boxes is prohibited).
The package is delivered to the recipient's letterbox or against signature if its weight is greater than 5kg. If the recipient's mailbox cannot contain the package, a calling card is left there. It indicates the coordinates of the place where the customer can collect the package. The customer has 15 consecutive days to collect it. Beyond this period, the package will be returned.

** Taxes & Duties for orders outside European Union
For orders outside the European Union, taxes and duties may be requested upon delivery by local customs. You will need to pay the carrier at the time of delivery to release your order. Please note: If you refuse your package upon arrival, it may be destroyed by customs and we won't be able to issue any refund. If the package is returned, refund will be made minus the courier return fee. We recommend checking local rules before ordering.
