Before reaching your hands, each fabric is tested in our laboratory and under real-life conditions: washing, tension, heat, friction, movement. It guarantees garments that don’t just claim performance — they prove it.
Pilling & Abrasion
The fabric resists time.
Each fabric undergoes more than 20,000 abrasion cycles and thousands of pilling rotations — replicating daily friction from bags, seats, belts, or repeated washing. We then measure material loss and surface evolution to ensure lasting visual integrity.
Result: no fuzz, no wear, no deformation. A clean surface, a stable texture — garments made to face life, not fear it.
Color Fastness
The color never fades.
Each fabric is washed repeatedly under heat, humidity, and artificial light to measure pigment stability over time.
Result: even after dozens of cycles, the color retains its depth and accuracy — proof of precise dyeing and controlled craftsmanship.
Shrinkage & Tear Resistance
The structure holds.
Fabrics and finished garments are washed repeatedly to simulate a year of wear. We then measure dimensional stability — no shrinkage, no distortion. Each seam is then tested under increasing tension until rupture.

Water Repellency
Repels water, without compromise.
Each fabric is exposed to a controlled shower of liquids, sprayed at a constant angle. We measure the absorption versus resistance rate to evaluate performance.

Breathability
Air flows through.
Under controlled pressure, air is passed through the fabric to measure flow rate and resistance. This determines how well the material breathes while maintaining density and shape.

Stretch & Crease Recovery

Each fabric is stretched, compressed, and twisted thousands of times to evaluate elastic memory. We then measure its ability to return to its original shape after stress.
