Our Innovative & Sustainable Technology

Made for Comfort.

It all starts with specialized yarn blend compositions and innovative knit constructions. Knit fabrics are known for their stretch, breathability and softness. We believe that knits will drive the future of comfort.

Yarns Composition

Our proprietary BioFibers fabric uses a blend of specialized yarns engineered for maximum stretch, softness and breathability. The result: an airy, incredibly comfortable feel you’ll notice from the first touch.

Rayon / Viscose

One of the great properties of these artificial fibres is their temperature regulation. This and their breathability make it the perfect fabric for both warm and cool weather.

Spandex / Elastane

Spandex or elastane is a synthetic fibre known for exceptional stretch. It’s at the core of all our fabrics, adding the flexibility you need for an active, versatile lifestyle.

Nylon / Polyamide

These fibres add strength and resist shrinkage, making the fabric easier to care for and more durable — even after repeated tumble drying.

Knit Construction

Our innovative knits blend stretch, softness and structure for all-day comfort and a polished look — wherever you go.

Ponte Warp Knit

A rich, dense double-knit fabric made of two layers of interlocking jersey. Ponte is known for its structured look and resilient stretch — an ideal workleisure fabric and a polished alternative to sweats.

Pique Knit

A tighter, more complex knit next to the skin with a more open texture on the outside that wicks moisture. Despite its thickness, piqué offers easy stretch and better airflow.

Jersey Knit

The simplest knit fabric, made of interlocking loops running horizontally in tubes. Its soft, forgiving stretch makes it perfect for garments that hug the body for a flattering fit every time.

Made for Movement.

We engineer advanced stretch fibres to deliver unrestricted comfort and natural flexibility in every moment.

MAXIMUM STRETCH

Engineered for freedom of movement, our fabric combines high elasticity and flexibility. It adapts naturally to your body, for effortless comfort all day long.

Made for Life.

We use proprietary technology to create, alter and improve textiles at the molecular level to develop intelligent fabrics for better living.

WRINKLE RESISTANT

Our proprietary knit resists wrinkles and keeps your suit smooth and sharp all day. Body heat naturally helps the fabric recover its shape.

STAIN RESISTANT

Our advanced treatment repels liquids instantly, keeping your suit clean with less washing. It stays effective even after 30+ washes — up to 6x more resistant than other suits.

Made to Last.

Our products are engineered to perform and built to last. We achieve this through rigorous testing, both in the real world and the lab.

COLOR FASTNESS

We run repeated wash cycles to test color resistance and ensure the fabric stays vibrant and keeps its lustre over time.

SHRINKAGE

Fabrics and finished garments are washed and dried up to 50 times to simulate real-life wear. We then measure any stretch or shrinkage as a percentage of the original length.

REPELLENCY

Various liquids are sprayed on the fabric at a set angle. We measure how much is absorbed versus repelled, then grade the performance.

ABRASION

Fabric swatches are rubbed under sandpaper-like weights for 15,000–25,000 cycles to simulate daily friction and wear.

TENSILE STRENGTH

We repeatedly stretch and pull the fabric to test its elasticity and long-term strength across thousands of cycles.

PILLING

Fabric samples tumble in a drum with spiked rotors. We count the pulled yarns to see how easily the fabric might pill over time.

TEAR STRENGTH

We pull apart seam ends with increasing force until they tear. The force needed indicates the seam’s tear strength.

BREATHABILITY

We pull air through the fabric under controlled pressure. The measured airflow shows how breathable the material is.

CREASE RECOVERY

Fabric is creased under load and then left to recover. We test in both warp and weft directions and adjust load and time to measure how quickly it returns to its original state.
