The problem with “stretch” suits.

For decades, tailoring has been built around the same principle: woven fabrics. Over time, brands added stretch, a few percentages of elastane. But the starting point never changed: it is still a woven fabric.

The result: a suit that remains rigid, wrinkles easily and breathes poorly.

Knitting changes everything.

Knit fabric starts from a completely different principle. Instead of starting with a rigid fabric and trying to add movement back into it, its structure is designed to move from the beginning. It stretches, follows the body naturally and recovers its shape. Comfort is no longer added to the suit. It is built into the very structure of the fabric.

The result: a suit as comfortable as your favourite knitwear. Simple as that.

The future of the suit.

That is why we do not believe in taking a traditional suit and simply making it “stretch”. To truly change tailoring, you have to go deeper: to the way the fabric itself is constructed.

The future of the suit will not be a traditional suit with more stretch. It will be knitted.
