Getting started with your new suit is fairly straightforward, but there are a few things to keep in mind to get the most out of it. Read the text guide further down to know what to do once you receive your suit.
Don’t Throw Away The Packaging
After unboxing, hold on to the original packaging in case you need to make a return or exchange. This is the most efficient way to ship it back, and you won’t need to find or buy another box.
Keep The Tags On
Do not remove the tags until you’ve tried on your suit and are certain that the fit is right. You can refer to our Perfect Fit Guide for detailed tips on checking the fit.
Don’t Worry If The Waistband Feels Tight
The waistband will loosen over time as you wear it and will ease into a perfect fit, as long as you’ve selected the correct size.
Lightly Steam Or Iron If Needed
Your suit may require steaming or ironing from time to time, especially when first taking it out of the box. Use a relatively low temperature—this is usually all that’s needed and helps ensure a longer lifespan for your suit.
How To Remove Stubborn Wrinkles
To remove stubborn wrinkles, use a hot iron along with an ironing cloth, pillowcase, or bedsheet placed between the iron and the fabric. This allows you to apply more heat while protecting the material from burns.
Carefully Open The Pockets If Needed
All pockets are functional, but the outer ones are initially closed with a single piece of thread. This can be easily removed with a pair of scissors (carefully!). We recommend only opening pockets if you really need them, as keeping them closed helps maintain the shape and prevents them from drooping over time.
